A beautifully balanced Thai single-origin coffee from Le Tor Gold, grown at an altitude of 1,200–1,300 MASL and developed through a dry rum process. With a medium roast, it opens with elegant notes of rum, winey fruit, caramel, and blackberry, creating a rich, sweet cup with a smooth and layered finish.
